The corporation's portfolio of housing projects exceeds 2 million square meters. More than 41 thousand apartments have been sold in Samara and Kaluga regions, where more than 160,000 people have already settled. Today’s geography of KOSHELEV Corporation projects covers: Moscow and the Moscow region, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Kaluga regions, as well as the Republic of Mordovia. The Corporation has recently started a complex development in the town of Sergiev Posad located in the Moscow region.
KOSHELEV Corporation actively took part in the preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The following hotels were built in Samara and Saransk: LOTTE Hotel Samara, Radisson Hotel & Congress Center Saransk. The hotels are all self-managed.
