KOSHELEV-PROJECT was conceived and works as a universal model which was applied to any regional context, and helps to solve the problem of housing shortages. Practice shows the viability and sustainability of this model. It is a unique experience of solving the most important state task within the framework of the high priority national project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing for Russian Citizens" - the programs for improving the housing conditions of Russian citizens.
